Return Policy

Products can be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt. The product(s) must be returned new, unused, and in a sellable condition with all of the original packaging. All returns require a return authorization (RA) number. Contact us via email or our toll-free phone line for the RA number. Parcels returned without RA numbers will be refused and returned to sender. Returns due to some fault of Designs Supply will be reimbursed for all return shipping costs-UPS Ground or US mail only. Returns that are not our fault are subject to restocking/handling fees plus shipping.
